I was asked to write a text for an interreligious Iftar last week. That´s why it´s exceptionally in german. So this blog can be finally be called trilingual. (Maybe I could add some other languages…). It´s actually not the version I presented at that evening but closer to the original one. (The text was edited a few times to fit into the framework of the event.)
Since Ramadan is nearing to its end I thought it would be nice to still upload it.
Actually I planned to write about this in the beginning of Ramadan where it probably what probably would have been more properly – in a deeper and broader way. But since I tried to stay away from most electronic media and had to fight with some study assignments I decided to postone it. Better late than never, right?
A chance to prepare something deeper for next year 🙂
